Pitch Camp is an opportunity for writers to sit down with and pitch ideas to one of our featured acquiring editors, representatives from local publications, or agent.
This is how it works:
- When you register for a full Conference or Sunday Only registration, you will have an option to sign up for a pitch camp session.
- After your registration is submitted, the Conference Coordinator, Suzanne, will email you from Wordsin3D@gmail.com and ask you to list your Catcher preference. Catcher preferences will be accomondated in the order that registrations are received. First come, first served.
- On Sunday, May 24, 2015, you'll come prepared with an awesome idea or two to pitch to your assigned Catcher. Take this time seriously; this is a business interaction. The Catchers are looking for writers to hire.
- You will have fifteen minutes to pitch your idea and discuss it with your Catcher.
